Despite the grumpy staff during check-in, the clean room had all necessities, though the extra €50 charge for early check-in seemed unnecessary. The linens were excellent and the breakfast was delightful, especially accommodating my friend's gluten-free needs. The snug room with a problematic bunk bed was unsuitable for adults, challenging to watch TV, and had temperature control issues in the shower. Overall, a mixed experience with some areas for improvement.

Our family trip to the central city area was a great success thanks to the wonderful hotel. We couldn't have been happier with the location, which was minutes from the best restaurants and right on the doorstep for all the nightlife.
